An experienced family physician, Dr. Hiler is the Founder of Desert Bloom Family Medicine, establishing his first clinic in the Maryvale area in August 2000. Over the following decades, he opened two other family practice clinics, one in West Phoenix and his most recent facility in Surprise. While medicine is his profession, helping others is the most gratifying passion in his life.

Academically, Dr. Hiler began his medical studies at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, choosing his specialty in family medicine out of a genuine desire to help the greatest number of people at every stage of life. In 1999, he completed his residency at the Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, California, before relocating to Phoenix, where he began work as the Clinical Director at a clinic in Avondale.
As a testament of his continued education, the doctor is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice family medicine and its sub-specialties.
