Absolutely. Tennis Elbow is lateral epicondylitis or inflammation of the epicondyle where the wrist extensor muscles originate. Repeated wrist extension and/or gripping the hand can cause this condition. Yes. Loosening the rotator cuff muscles can allow more space between the acromion.of the scapula and the greater tuberocity of the humerus. The more space, the less impingement.
