Pro-life obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Mangubat, respects life from the moment of conception and supports a culture of life. She promotes women’s wellness that involves the healing of the body, mind and spirit, from adolescence to menopause.  

Based in Dover Delaware, Dr. Mangubat is the Founder of Mercy Care for Women’s Health. She provides obstetric and gynecologic care from adolescence to elderly adults, striving to excel in wellness through preventive care, and a healthy lifestyle. She is affiliated with Kent General Hospital/Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover to provide surgery, labor  and delivery services.

Before coming to the USA, Dr. Mangubat was practicing obstetrics and gynecology in the  Philippines. She obtained a medical degree, obstetrics and gynecology residency, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at the Philippine General Hospital / University of the Philippines.

With a strive to further her education, she relocated to the United States, where she completed Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at Sisters of Charity Hospital, State University of New York at Buffalo, and her research fellowship in Reproductive Immunology at Rosalind Franklin University at North Chicago, Illinois. 

An advocate for fertility awareness and natural family planning, Dr. Mangubat advocates the Creighton Model FertilityCare System. She is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This medical specialty encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics (covering pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period) and gynecology (covering the health of the female reproductive system – vagina, uterus, ovaries, and breasts).
