“My goal as an oral surgeon is to make my patients comfortable and try to make a visit to my office as enjoyable as possible. My staff and I know the anxiety most people have before a visit to our office. The best feeling is when a patient tells me that “wasn’t as bad as I expected” as stated by Dr. Chavkin.

Born and raised in Plainview, New York, he received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from the State University of Buffalo and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2000. He did his residency at SUNY Downstate/ Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn and then joined Colacicco and Tulman in 2006.
