Dr. Baidwan received her Doctorate of Medicine (MD) from the University of Texas and completed internal medicine residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she served as Yale School of Medicine’s first inaugural chief resident of advocacy & community heaalth. Dr. Baidwan has worked in social justice, health disparities due to racial and income inequality, and complex diagnoses and chronic care. She is an expert in diagnosis, complex care, weight management, LGTBQIA+ & minority population health, prevention & lifestyle medicine. Dr. Baidwan also practices cosmetic and aesthetic medicine and is board-certified in Aesthetics by the American Academy of Procedural Medicine. She is currently a clinical instructor at Yale School of Medicine.
