▸Decreased intravenous opioid consumption by 51% through implementing innovative clinical decision support in Epic in response to a critical medication shortage. Minimized risk to patients, both during and following new criteria for use implementation, by monitoring safety metrics during the first 12 months of go-live 

▸Improved pharmacist productivity by 4.8% (3.7 FTEs) through streamlining the assessment and documentation of medication pharmacokinetic consults by creating a special workflow in Epic 

▸Saved an estimated $650,000 annually by decreasing albumin use by 75% in adult patients through the development and implementation of evidence-based criteria for use and special treatment pathway in Epic
