▸Improved pharmacist productivity by 4.8% (3.7 FTEs) through streamlining the assessment and documentation of medication pharmacokinetic consults by creating a special workflow in Epic
▸Saved an estimated $650,000 annually by decreasing albumin use by 75% in adult patients through the development and implementation of evidence-based criteria for use and special treatment pathway in Epic
