Get to know Physiatrist Dr. Anwar Mohiuddin, who serves patients in Crete, Illinois.

Well-versed in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Mohiuddin is affiliated with St. James Wellness Rehab Villas. He specializes in internal medicine, surgery recovery, nerve damage, chronic pain, and prosthetics.

Regarding his educational background, Dr. Mohiuddin earned his medical degree from Kakatiya Medical College in India. After relocating to the United States, he completed his residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation at the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, followed by an additional residency in internal medicine at Coney Island Hospital.

A devoted caregiver, he is affiliated with Swedish Covenant Hospital, Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, and Integrated Rehabilitation Consultants.

Physical medicine and rehabilitation, also known as physiatry and physiatrics, is a branch of medicine that aims to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities.
