Academically, he holds four college degrees, including an Associate of Science degree in Life Science Biology from Valley Forge Military Academy, a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, an MBA in Healthcare Management from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Master of Education degree in Special Education with an Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.

Described as the “Child Whisperer” and “Mr. Mary Poppins”, Glenn believes that everyone can learn and grow, provided they receive individualized instruction in an environment conducive to success. He lives by Paulo Freire’s quote, “There is no teaching without learning.”

On a more personal note, he currently resides in Houston, Texas, with his wife, daughter, and two dogs, Caiden & Cody. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports and participating in sports leagues, including basketball and boxing. He hopes to someday build a farmhouse with his wife.
