He utilizes the Direct Primary Care model, believing that spending time and giving individualized attention to each patient is the key to keeping them healthy and avoiding unnecessary visits to a specialist or a hospital.

In his role as Laboratory Medical Director at CLINICAL BIO SOLUTIONS LABORATORY, Dr. Miranda assumes responsibility for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory. This includes tasks such as recruiting competent personnel, managing equipment, ensuring safety, establishing laboratory policies, implementing quality assurance measures, overseeing all testing procedures (including proficiency testing), and generating test reports. He also performs the roles of technical consultant, technical supervisor, clinical consultant, general supervisor, and testing personnel, with the ability to delegate some duties to qualified individuals when necessary. Dr. Miranda ensures that delegated duties are executed correctly and remains accessible for onsite, telephone, or electronic consultations. He maintains a commitment to delivering quality services, creating a safe working environment, providing approved procedures to staff, and employing an adequate number of employees with the appropriate education and training.

As the founder of ALL MEDICAL SOLUTIONS INC, Dr. Miranda established a non-profit organization aimed at providing affordable access to healthcare services for communities in need. He efficiently organizes and prioritizes assistance in disaster-stricken areas. Among the critical services provided by this organization, Dr. Miranda focuses on offering cost-effective laboratory services, prescription services (Rx), and telemedicine. His dedication extends to collaborating with Florida government officials, Puerto Rico nonprofits, and other US-based organizations to provide aid to Puerto Rican communities affected by recent earthquakes and those who have relocated to the United States.
His involvement with “from SCIENCE to PHARMA (FSTP)” as a Board Certified MSL (Medical Science Liaison) training candidate demonstrates his commitment to medical affairs and MSL responsibilities, both pre and post-FDA regulatory approval. Dr. Miranda actively engages with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to shape medical strategies for internal stakeholders. He also collaborates with internal stakeholders and advisory boards. His expertise spans product lifecycle management and the roles of MSLs in drug pipeline and clinical trials, as well as marketed products (both off-label and on-label). Additionally, he is well-versed in clinical trials, KOL profiling, compliance, on/off-label discussions, and the Sunshine Act.
In regards to his educational background, Dr. Miranda earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology from Ana G. Méndez University System USA in 1988. His dedication to learning and strong performance is evident with a grade of 4.
Subsequently, in 2008, he pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant at Miami Dade College, where he excelled with a grade of 3.89. During this time, he actively engaged in the Physician Assistant program.
Continuing his pursuit of knowledge, Dr. Miranda enrolled at the University of Science Art and Technology, where he earned his Medical Degree in 2015, maintaining a commendable grade of 3.6.
Following this, he ventured into the field of Biomedical Engineering, earning a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Einstein Medical Institute in 2019. During his doctoral journey, he immersed himself in Biomedical Science, specializing in Biophotonics and Molecular Cell Therapy Simulation, Design, and Testing Apparatus.
