What natural supplements can I take to boost my immune system?
There are lots of good formulas out there for immune boosting and supporting your body! Formulas that contain: Elderberry, Vitamin C, Zinc, Echinacea, and NAC target different areas of the immune system and can be beneficial during cold and flu season. While it's important to note that depending on your medical history, these may or may not be the most effective for you. Make sure to talk with your PCP about therapeutic dosing and drug-herb interactions. READ MORE
Can natural remedies treat insomnia?
Sleep is complicated and supplements often depend on if you're having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or both. The keto diet is primarily used under guidance by a healthcare provider to target a specific medical condition and for a specific period of time...however, it has fallen out of favor in recent years. Also, many people gain back whatever weight they lost after stopping the diet, unfortunately. Some diets that are safe long term and provide health benefits are: Mediterranean and whole foods.
