There, he met the love of his life, Trina. Together, they moved to Lubbock where he attended his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. They welcomed their daughter, Blakely, just before they moved back to Austin to be close to his family and join in practice with his brother and father.
