American actor Dorian Gregory from Charmed was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 9 years old. He is now a spokesman for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JRDF) and helps raise money for diabetes research. Gregory also bring awareness to children and adults about diabetes management.
