Tightness in the calf of legs?
You may need an ultrasound exam to rule out a blood clot. Also, a physical exam can hep rule out a muscle strain or plantar fasciitis.
Toenail surgery?
You should change it the morning after. Soak the toe in epsom salts +water for 10 min and then shower, then cover with bandaid. Repeat daily until drainage stops.
I have what looks like a blister but it isn't going away. It's also painful. What should I do?
You need to come into the office ASAP or go to ER. The blister needs to be drained and inspected for deep wound and infection
