For 10 years I prayed for a vision to lead me through the maze of physical life. DURING THIS TIME, MY HEART WOULD TELL ME TO BE HUMBLE AND LIVE A SIMPLE LIFE.
In November of 1979 I had a vision/dream in which I was doing acupuncture. The person was getting better from the acupuncture and I was shining. I sat up in bed, told myself this was powerful and immediately started studying acupuncture.
Certified in Acupuncture in 1985 by the NCCAOM, I am also certified in Western Herbology, Postural Integration, Colorpuncture, Sound Healing and Reiki, including Chi LelQiGong and contemplation in my daily practice. The Pueblo office of the GOLDEN FLOWER HEALTH CLINIC opened in 1990, having relocated from Alamosa.
With more than 40 years’ experience in environments of healing, I have observed that if one can abide in the NOW awareness, moment to moment, they can purify themselves of all attachments and suffering. We live in an animated world with Spirit moving through all things.
Our negative emotions cause imbalances between the body-energy-spirit, opening the door for illnesses to walk into our lives.
As human beings, when we find the truth of our hearts, our true nature, and live it in a simple way with love, illness cannot affect us and we can live for a very long time. Stillness, silence and openness are the medicines of the heart. They guide our body-energy-mind-spirit so we can be in tune and have balance with the 5 elements of creation.
