Your history of cesarean is likely irrelevant. However, since the pain has been for 5 days you should seek emergency attention at your nearest to the nearest emergency room for more investigation and reassurance that the pregnancy is in your uterus and not in your fallopian tubes. A pregnancy in the fallopian tubes is life threatening. Its better to be safe than sorry. Meanwhile, increase your fluid intake and make an appointment with your obstetrician as soon as you can to help you monitor the situation.
