Dr. Tamara A. Sutherland graduated with her medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine. She followed this up an internship at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia. Lastly, she performed her pediatric residency at the same educational venue. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
In 2003, 3 years after Associates in Pediatrics was founded, Dr. Sutherland joined. By 2006, she was a physician owner of the company. In 2017, Dr. Sutherland became senior partner. Due to her excellent Continuing Medical Education (CME), she was awarded by the American Academy of Pediatrics for exceeding standard requirements for CME.
