It varies with person and position of the tooth. And pain does not get better own it’s own. Most of the time it need to be taken out as pain can be from the gum growing over the tooth which trap food and bacteria, cause inflammation, that usually does not get better own it’s own. If the pain is because wisdom tooth is stuck behind the tooth in front of it (called impacted tooth) and it keep pushing it will keep causing discomfort and usually it does not erupt as it’s stuck behind. Either case it should be evaluated and preferably be extracted to relieve pain permanently.
Rarely tooth finally gets erupted in the mouth and patient feels better but that can take weeks to months.
It’s better to get evaluated and know the real cause of the problem so you can make an educated decision regarding the treatment of your tooth. Hope that helped!

Wisdom tooth decay or any tooth decay for that matter can cause pain and discomfort. It’s better to get evaluated and if needed it should be taken out. In rare cases it can be filled or restored to use it for chewing and anchoring. Your dentist can answer better after proper evaluation.

Your dentist will removed the decayed part of the tooth ( which is commonly called a cavity) and fill it with a white filing.

Usually pain should be treated first. If there is not pain, then wisdom tooth extraction should be planned so you can rest afterwards. For cavity filing patient do not need much planning afterwards as the pain/ discomfort is minimal

The reasons for bleeding gums can vary from a minor problem which can be a reversible and be taken care of by minor procedure to a more serious problem.
Without more information and evaluation it’s hard to say what exactly is the reason for bleeding and what should be the line of treatment.
