Without knowing more, my answer is yes. If you have had vomiting or diarrhea for more than a few days, you are susceptible to being dehydrated . Your potassium and magnesium levels could be altered . You may need IV fluids . They may need to do an abdominal ultrasound after examining you . I would recommend yes . Good luck .
