He then completed his internal medicine residency at Harvard's Cambridge Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident from 1999-2000. He returned to Los Angeles to complete health services research as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar followed by a second post doctoral fellowship in HIV clinical care within the Department of Infectious Diseases. After 8 years at UCLA , he opened up a private practice 5 minutes away from his childhood home .

You may need IV fluids . They may need to do an abdominal ultrasound after examining you . I would recommend yes . Good luck .
