It is not uncommon in times of stress or change in routine to not ovulate and hence miss a period. If you are unsure, repeating the test is a good idea. If you do not have a period within the next 30 days and your repeat pregnancy test remains negative, I would see your Ob/Gyn. They will rule out other potential concerns. I hope this was helpful.
