Probably you will be ok as while that is above the threshold for toxicity it is not extremely far above, but your symptoms indicate potential symptomatic toxicity, and that should NEVER be ignored. If it means going to the Emergency Room to check those levels then I would do so.
Omeprazole and Amoxicillin?
It is safe to take them together. I am not aware of any significant problems with the two together whatsoever.
