Hello,
In answer to your question: I am a 31 year old female. I want to have a nose job surgery. How do you prepare for a nose job?
1) First, find a surgeon who can go over your problems and desired results. Have the surgeon review anatomy, surgical options, and expected realistic results.
2) If you have scheduled a surgery, stop all blood thinners prior to surgery. Stop aspirin, ibuprofen, and other NSAIDs 2 weeks prior to surgery.
3) Review any supplements that you may take for potential bleeding risk.
4) Look over your calendar. Expect to be swollen/bruised for at least 2-4 weeks after surgery.
5) Limit travel soon after surgery.
