It will help. Nothing stops it. I believe everyone has it some more than others. Home are and professional cleanings!

Yes. Poor fit, pt not adjust to object in mouth, not made properly.

Too much of anything can be a problematic. Baking soda is abrasive, like sand paper, so yes, it can damage. Limited use can be a good idea.

A few procedures have to be done first, fill out medical history and review, oral exam, and X-rays. Determine which restoration is required (how big or small, how many surfaces are affected), Novocain administered. Up to this point, it could be 20 mins. Are all fillings in one location? Otherwise, X-rays taken for those areas, Novocain given. Depending on the side of the decay in each tooth, fillings take 3-10 mins each.

What is permanent? YES! If enough bone is present, multiple implants can be connected to a screw-retained type of denture. The major point: do you have sufficient bone to hold the implants. A Cone Beam, a specific type of X-ray, is used to determine if you are a candidate for implants. There are other things to consider of course, but bone quantity and quality can be the major issue if you are a good candidate for implants and this procedure.
