Neuro symptoms
I would look at bilateral flat feet that caused the DJD of the knees, and look into Lyme disease, Bartonella and mold illness. All these symptoms would fit.

Get him on some B-1, Benfotamine and L-Theonine. These are all B-vitamins that can dampen down neuropathy.

Can a chiropractor help with leg nerve pain?
