It might be a better choice to call your primary care physician or go to urgent care.

I am so sorry to hear that. It is true that you cannot force her to go, she needs to agree. Try to convince her to see primary care doctor. She might be more likely to agree to outpatient visit, then ER. Even though less ideal, but you could have her do virtual visit with PCP from home or at least psychologist or psychiatrist to talk to her to see why she does not want to receive medical care when needed. I am so sorry, but sounds like she needs medical evaluation.
I hope this helps.

Good evening!

I am sorry to hear that you are in the ICU. I am not sure why your boyfriend is not allowed to be present for you consultation. You can always ask the physician that is providing consultation if it is okay. They have special visitor policy now during COVID-19, so not sure if that is the reason.
Hope this helps and that you get better quick.

Good afternoon!

You are correct! Administering general anesthesia to someone with severe COPD caries increased risk of respiratory failure. Moderate sedation is usually used when bronchoscopy is performed, which is less risky. We usually weigh risk vs. benefits of doing the procedure and it is up to the patient to decide. I would discuss risks and benefits with the physician who is performing the procedure.
Hopefully, this answers your questions.

Will my daughter have to wait for her transplant?

Yes. Infection needs to clear prior to transplant since post transplant patients are started on immune suppressive medications.
Hope she recovers quickly.

Good afternoon!
It is usually better to see his pediatrician or pulmonologist if you can get an appointment soon enough depending on severity of symptoms.
If you are worried and wheezing and shortness of breath is worsening it is always reasonable to take your child to ER or urgent care for evaluation.
Hope this helps.
