High blood pressure?

That’s not too high. If you have a headache, you might need to get that checked out, though.

I swallowed water down the wrong way?

It’s fine to sleep. If it was just water, it will reabsorb. Take Motrin 800mg and Benadryl 25mg. You should be fine by tomorrow.

Nose injury?

Just wait it out. No reason to go to the ED. Motrin 800mg with meals.

Swallowed bottle cap?

It should pass on its own. If you start having significant pain, go to the ER. Otherwise, just watch your stool for the next couple of days.

Should I go to the hospital for a dislocated knee?

If it was just your knee cap, no. If you actually have a dislocated knee, yes.
