Hello! Thank you for the question. Mohs surgery is a specialized surgical procedure used to remove skin cancers like basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma most commonly. The reconstruction after removal of a skin cancer is performed using various skin suturing methods. It is not considered a treatment for wrinkles on the face, but there are other treatments such as topical creams, laser treatments, chemical peels, and surgical methods that can help improve the appearance of wrinkles, sun damage or aging.
