It depends on which anesthetic is used. Often, I use one that wears off in less than an hour, though sometimes a stronger one is used, which can last up to 6 hours.

No. I never put my patients to sleep to do an extraction. Typically, just numbing the area is enough to get the job done.

Typically, not flossing will lead to recession and black triangles. Floss gently, but thoroughly and you should be fine.

That’s a good question, it is very safe for your teeth. All it does is move the position of the teeth within the bone, it does not alter the actual teeth just their placement.

Don’t rinse with pour hydrogen peroxide. Mix it at least by half with water or mouthwash.

It depends on how deep the filling is. If the cavity is to the nerve, a root canal is typical treatment to save the tooth.
