All toothpaste that has ADA seal are acceptable. I recommend a lot of brands containing stannous fluoride, which is good for the gums and lessens sensitivity.

Will frequent teeth cleanings remove spots from my teeth?

No. This is stain which is probably only helped with a whitening or restorative procedure.

At what age can my little one start brushing her teeth on her own?

You should be supervising her brushing until age 5-6.. I always let my kids brush first, then I went over it again. They didn't mind.

Adult tooth is loose. What should I do?

You need to have the loose tooth evaluated by a dentist. He or she will take an X-ray of the area to see why it's loose and determine if the tooth is salvageable.
