Several possibilities. One would be bladder infection. Most likely the increased frequency is related to the uterine congestion & pressure on the bladder.

Can this be HPV?

It may be HPV but not sure. A gynecologist should be able to tell you. Unless you are re exposed. Does your partner have these as it could be shared.

In so much pain

Fibrocystic disease can cause pain Usually a diagnostic mammogram, cut back on caffeine etc. a doctor that specializes in breast might might ne helpful.

Uti and kidney infection

It could happen as your body is adjusting to kidney infection. It can delay your period also. Just check pregnancy test every few days. Menses should start otherwise

It woiuldnt be unusual to miss a cycle as you described it. The menses should resume shortley. I do not consult your physician.
