I find my breasts becoming very heavy before my period. Is it normal?
It is very much normal.

In some women these uterine contractions are more painful than in other women, and the pain can radiate via the nerves that innervate the uterus to the back of the lower extremities. The good news is that the intensity of menstrual cramps tends to decrease after having the first baby. Also the cramps often respond to non-steriodal anti-inflammatory medications or various hormonal contraceptives. Severe cramps that do not respond to medical therapy could be due to a condition called endometriosis.

As long as the cause of the weight gain is not preeclampsia, don't worry about it. Just diet and exercise after the delivery.
I was diagnosed with inflammed pelvic disease that caused blockages. Will I ever be able to concieve?
Depends on whether the blockage is complete or partial. In case of a true complete blockage the only way to conceive is in-vitro fertilization.
