You might not be making enough urine, which might be kidney disease. Is your blood pressure normal? Also, is your weight stable, or are you gaining weight which would indicate fluid overload (from not making enough urine)? The other possibility is that you may have a bladder obstruction (male would be prostate; female would be uterine or ovarian mass).
Initial studies to check for possible abnormalities would include blood studies such as creatinine and electrolytes (kidney function tests) and ultrasound of kidneys and bladder. You are wise to note these changes and have an evaluation of your kidneys and bladder.

Since this is not healing, I would advise you to see a surgeon (wound care specialist) or plastic surgeon. Antibiotic ointment (over-the-counter Neosporin) might help until you can see the surgeon or wound care specialist.

This is usually due to eczema, but can be a sign of other conditions such as Paget's disease (this is a different disease from Paget's disease of bone). Your primary healthcare provider or dermatologist will be able to differentiate the various cause of this condition and treat its cause appropriately.

An ultrasound and/or sonohysterogram might help in evaluating the endometrial cavity (uterus lining). Most Radiology practices or OB/GYN practices can do this. Let me know if I can help you find the cause of the bleeding.
