The best way I found a stretch my back on a daily basis is to lie on my back, bring my right knee to my right shoulder as if I'm aiming it to hit it. Then I do the same on the left, then I bring my right knee e towards my left shoulder, again aiming it is if it could touch and repeat left knee to right shoulder. Hold each of these positions for 30 seconds. I'm too lazy to count to 30, so I count six long deep steady breaths and each time I breathe out I feel my muscles relax a little bit more each time. I do this in the morning before I get out of bed and in the evening when I get into bed to prevent sciatica. Good question, thank you

Can I see a chiropractor while breastfeeding?

Picking a new mattress is a tricky subject. My wife and I spent a year researching our most recent purchase of a bed. You need to spend at least 15 minutes on each mattress to determine the one that fits your body the best. I could not find one that was hard enough for me. My wife found that the Tempur-Pedic was too hard initially for her. We compromised when we got a comfort pedic bed, half Tempurpedic material half latex. I am able to sleep on this bed on my side without any pain in my shoulders which have been beaten up over time. And this bed has lasted a very long time. So do your research and find the bed that works best for your body, that's my advice.
