Take a walk! Recharge! Plug in to nature; tune out from your phone. Your brain needs it!

Your brain needs three times more oxygen than your muscles to stay healthy, boost its functions and to heal.

Spend time wandering outdoors. Allow your mind to be still as you walk and enjoy the changing foliage, random dogs passing by or people watching. Take time to refresh your brain and your body. You should re-charge at least once a day.

In this era of technology, in which people now believe working indoors is 24/7, I often suggest to my clients that they re-charge whole by charging their phones. Yes! I ask people to step away from their charging phones for 10 minutes a day. Start simple. 

Walking outdoors will boost your concentration and mental productivity. Do so daily for long-term benefits, such as good mood, decreased stress, greater productivity, lower cholesterol and BP, greater socialization....the list is endless!!!! 10 minutes a day is all you need.
