Painful ear infection?
At this point in time, I would recommend an evaluation by an ENT. They would look for fluid in the ear or other conditions which can be the cause of the sound in your ears.
Hoarse voice problem?
Voice changes of over 2 weeks that have not resolved require an evaluation by an ear, nose and throat specialist to recommend treatment for this.
How often should I take Meclizine HCI 25 mg?
Normally is prescribed every 8 hours as needed. You should take the smallest dose (12.5 mg) that would control your symptoms.
I have a lip problem?
This is probably a lesion made out of scar tissue and it may not go away. You should see an ENT doctor for recommendations.

Covid vaccine - took Tylenol prior?
I would still take the second dose and avoid taking pain relievers before. It is okay to take them afterwards.
