Yes unfortunately a canker in floor of mouth or tongue can produce all those symptoms. Go see a dentist if symptoms don’t get better after 10 days.

Appears to be normal tongue anatomy. Seek a dentist if red or white lesions don’t go away after 2 weeks.
Do you use anesthesia for a root canal?
Always. Profound anesthesia is needed to make root canal as comfortable as possible.
Can you chew gum with implants?
Yes you can. Avoid lateral forces on implants like jerky and licorice that cause a lateral ripping motion to tear the food.

Tooth Decay
Multiple of reasons but acid production is main cause of decay. Evaluation of drinks, foods and oral care is needed. Go see your dentist

You can but blue dawn soap is better and more gentle

If they had an active herpetic lesion you absolutely can. Please avoid sharing

Yes after you turn 18 you can look at veneers.

Why my jaw hurt when I open my jaw fully
The TMJ could be out of alignment and the condyles are putting pressure on wrong side of disc in joint.
