I am having pain in my hand. Will I need surgery?

It depends — most of the time, you can try non surgical things first.

There is a bone growth on my index finger. Can it be operated and removed? What are the chances that it will regrow?

You need an X-ray to confirm, but it’s most likely a bone spur from arthritis with a cyst. They can be removed, but there is a 15% chance of coming back.

I have a pain in my wrist and I can't hold anything heavy. What could be the reason?

Could be swollen tendons (tendinitis) or, if you have arthritis, could be a flare up. Try anti inflammatory (advil, etc.), rest and a brace for a few days.
