How big do brain lesions need to be for them to show up on an MRI?

It’s likely that the symptoms are due to something else and you may not have MS. Could be a number of different things including vitamin deficiency.

Why do my hands shake?

Possibly hyperthyroidism. Less likely Parkinson's at this age. Also, idiopathic.

I have spasms and pins and needles sensation in my hand. Please help.

Neuropathy or cervical cord problem.
