Drink more water , wash eyes with warm water and use artificial tears twice aday . All brands are good

Personal hygiene very important . Use baby shampoo or antibacterial soap to wash eyes ans lashes regularly every day
My eye is red and swollen?
Could be allergy . Must be seen to diagnose properly

Need a retinal specialist to scan under the retina

Is there an alternative to laser eye surgery?
Yes. Either contact lenses or a pupil implant. A small lens gets put behind the pupil that will correct all your myopia and astigmatism.
How do I know if my contacts are old?
You don’t want to wait till you signs of discomfort. Should follow the doctor’s recommendation about the daily hours if wear and the okay as to when to discard.
Can cheap sunglasses ruin my vision?
Not true. Sunglasses are the spf 50 of the eye. Skin needs protection from sun. Same goes for the eyes.

Smoking, too much sunshine, uncontrolled BP, family history. Blue and green eyes more often

It depends: If it’s described to correct a muscle, then yes. If it’s to correct near or far sight, then no.
