Veins on the scrotum are very common and very different from a varicocele which are dilated veins that drain the testicle. Right sided varicocele without a left can be significant however you do not have this so it is not an issue. Scrotal veins are usually cosmetic and not to be worried about.

Possible STI?

It’s not likely to be a false positive. Make sure he gets treated.

Yellow pee?

Urine is supposed to be yellow. The darker yellow it is, the more likely that it is due to inadequate water consumption.

Urination question?
