It is absolutely safe, do not worry.
How can I avoid having unplanned pregnancies?
You are fine. I do not want you to lose sleep over, just remember life is always a risk; nothing is 100 percent, but you are doing right things.
What is a menopause follow up?
Do not rush for medications, not everybody needs medication for menopause. There are other behavioral methods you can use in your life.
Why am I experiencing pain during intercourse?
There can be lots of reasons: sometimes it can be a simple infection or sometimes it is endometriosis. I will advise you to see your ob/gyn.
What foods should I avoid during my pregnancy?
Please avoid fish, and also avoid food which has lots of fat and carbs.

How often should you have your IUD replaced?
It depends what kind of IUD you have. If it is Mirena, it comes out in 5 years, and if it is CU IUD, it comes out in 10 years, and if it is Skyla, it comes out in 3 years.

It can, but not that effective. You should consult a reproductive endocrinologist; they have ways to inject sperm like IUI (means intrauterine insemination).
Is it safe to have oral sex during pregnancy?
I do not think so, there is no literature saying that it can cause any problems.
Why do I have a lot of white discharge?
Not at all, it is not serious. It can be a yeast infection. Sometimes when you sweat it happens. I suggest you visit your ob/gyn and get checked.

Yes, absolutely. Visit your ob/gyn and tell her to check you for Polycystic syndrome.
