Does not sound like a tooth eruption because first tooth comes in at about 8 months. I recommend visiting Pediatric Dentist for evaluation and treatment.

Baby teeth can have cavities if the baby has prolonged exposure to sugars. Example would be coke or other high sugar content foods placed in the baby bottle. The other possibility is cavity causing bacteria being transferred from mother to child. Example would be the spoon that is being used transferring the cavity causing bacteria from the mothers saliva to the child. Best way for prevention is to not to use the same spoon in mothers mouth and then place in the child. Never put high sugar containing liquids in the baby's bottle.

Salt can abrade the enamel on your teeth thereby removing stains. However, the long term effects could destroy the enamel layer, leading to various complications like sensitivity to hot or cold and even sweets at times. Also, it could cause loss of your natural glaze of your teeth by causing a yellowish color as a result of the dentin layer of your tooth being exposed. So it's better to clean and whiten your teeth only by a dentist.

Best to visit the Dentist as soon as possible. Bleeding gums on and off is a sign of some type disease process that should be evaluated and treated as soon as possible.
