Daniel Nemeth, MD is an Interventional Spine Specialist, practicing with Signe Spine & Rehab in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where he is also the Owner. He founded the practice in 2014.
Dr. Nemeth is a board-certified Physiatrist. He specializes in techniques throughout the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
At the beginning of his journey with each patient, Dr. Nemeth performs a thorough evaluation to determine the exact cause of the patient’s pain or discomfort. Whether a patient is experiencing pain for the first time or they’ve been dealing with chronic pain for months or even years, Dr. Nemeth’s conservative approach to spine care allows him to recognize when surgery is necessary. His unique diagnostic approach allows him to find the root cause of his patient’s issues and move forward accordingly, to prevent wasted time and unnecessary pain. With this approach, Dr. Nemeth is able to provide each patient with uniquely tailored care.

After earning a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University, Dr. Nemeth completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton, Illinois. After discovering his passion for spine care and interventional spine procedures, he completed a fellowship at The Orthopedic Clinic Association in Phoenix, Arizona.
At Dr. Nemeth’s practice, he provides physical therapy, diagnostic selective nerve root injections, facet joint injections, epidural steroid injections, trigger point injections, and discography, among many other techniques and services.
