Meet Dr. Thu-Anh Hoang

Thu-Anh Hoang, MD is a Neuroradiologist, currently practicing with Olive View Medical Center in Sylmar, California. Olive View Medical Center specializes in diagnostic imaging for the Southern California region.

As a Neuroradiologist, Dr. Hoang uses a variety of neuroimaging methods to discover, analyze, diagnose, and treat abnormalities of the peripheral and central nervous systems, from discovering brain tumors to identifying the beginning signs of Alzheimer’s disease. She interprets MRI scans, CT scans, and X-rays of the spinal cord, brain, face, neck, and peripheral nerves to determine the best course of treatment for her patients. Working with other specialists, she can help identify and diagnose life-changing diseases at an early stage to ensure her patients’ quality of life. Dr. Hoang has also taught UCLA residence, to help boost her career even further.

Dr. Thu-Anh Hoang attributes her life and career triumphs and successes to her faith in God. She expresses special interest in the intersection of faith and medicine, and how the two can work together to provide patients with adequate, wholesome care.
