Over 1000 new cases per hour of SARS-CoV-2 are spiking across the USA. While 185 million Americans have received some vaccination too many are vulnerable because of fear or foolishness with politicization playing a potent part. Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Astra Zeneca, and Moderna are all indicating a need for a booster shot for those fully vaccinated according to the appropriate drug protocol. This is likely to be true but the authorization power lies with the CDC and FDA, the U.S. public health bureaucracy indicates what a horrendous problem world synchronization and control would present. In the meantime, the delta variation of the covid virus is marching and killing its way around the world.
