There is a burgeoning spate of episodes of violent behavior in association with administered medical care. Statistical analysis reveals 10 to 12 percent originating from caregivers in the form of medication tampering particularly. I.V. meds, strangulation with pillows and blankets, beatings, and rape. The young and the elderly are the primary victims, and women are more abused than men. Inpatient abuse is more common than outpatient and daycare abuse. A national register for this abuse is available, but requires state and local cooperation and statistical compatibility. Once the inpatient is outside of the daycare settings the picture changes with the bulk of the assaults and transgressions coming from patients, patients relatives, and fellow or opposing gang members.
The isolation from COVID-19 and the omicron variants has had an effect on the nation and the world. The attacks on public health personnel and organizational structure by many nations and by a sophisticated academic elite of fewer is clear indication of intolerance of the call for world government, particular attention to the needs of the poor and special protection of women beyond their reproductive rights. Racism and sexism are on the rise around the world. With the withdrawal of the United States from the principal asserter of the rule of law and the peaceful transmission of power and the threat of dissolution into state and local law and supervision, including the delivery and nature of medical care, first and second amendment guarantees against monarchy have begun wellsprings for sedition. Masking and social distancing can no longer be enforced, road rage and vengeful retaliation for real or imagined incursion into domains of wishful supremacy of domination or pain can be expected. Floods, fires, earthquakes, mudslides, etc will have their effect on human mental stability. Caregivers Beware!!
