As predicted the covid-19 pandemic is reaching new highs of infectivity in the USA and threatening forced reclosure after bold and often unwise attempts to "open up" and get things moving again. Now, 23 states are showing increased hospitalizations most of which are covid-related and bedspace and vital supplies are running low. This may be the dreaded reentry or it may be simply unfinished business from phase one. The murder of George Floyd has sent millions into the street not only in the USA but across the world.
This is because the USA has been the world's best hope for constitutional democracy, climate control, and world peace and cooperation. Unfortunately, the presence of systemic racism in the USA has been ignored. When coupled with a license to kill in the police force it is a raging demon. Armand Arberry and Rayshard Brooks can be added to the list of police force executions of unarmed blacks, while Robert Fuller (Palmdale and Malcolm Harsh (Victorville) are deemed suicides by the LA sheriff's department and the Palmdale police.
