If you are looking for manual therapy (chiro adjustments, massage, etc) then you would need to find a Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in sports medicine. However if you're interested in something that may help them or help prevent them worsening then I'd look for an herbal blend formulated for vein health. Those often include herbs such as butchers broom, gotu kola, horse chestnut for example. Compression socks also helpful. You can work with a local ND to discuss what levels of these herbs are safe for you and your medical history.
