Depending on what kind of pain, if inflammatory then an NSAID if nerve anything from gapapentin or lyrica, if gout then indocin or colchicine. Just need the right diagnosis

Looks like a case of spastic Raynaud’s phenomenon. Talk to a rheumatologist and vascular surgeon.
