If you’ve recently changed shoes/running shoes, or if you need to can all be related to foot pain. It really helps to know what is bringing on the pain ie walking, or is it constant. Also, the type of pain, for example is it nerve pain (sharp, stabbing, burning), or aching. Initially, using ice, wrapped, never directly on the skin, for 20 minutes every hour along with elevating the foot may provide some relief. If you have not already, perhaps consider a visit with a podiatrist as well.
