These clear, custom-made aligners are molded to fit your teeth and correct misshapen teeth over a period of time. One of the most obvious benefits of clear orthodontics is that they are transparent and practically invisible over your teeth. They’re barely noticeable! No one has to know that you are undergoing orthodontic treatment except for you and your dentist.
Other benefits of ClearCorrect is that you can continue to enjoy your favorite foods throughout the duration of your treatment. Your teeth are also much easier to clean with than they are with metal braces. Simply brush and floss as you normally would and replace your aligners when you’re finished.
These removable “invisible” aligners work just like traditional braces, gradually changing the position of your teeth by gently putting pressure on them over a short period of time. It’s as easy as popping in a new set of aligners every 2 to 3 weeks until your treatment is complete and you achieve the confident smile that you’ve always wanted.
If it's determined that this is the right treatment for you, a scanner will be used to take photos and impressions to capture the shape of your teeth. Next, a series of custom aligners will be created to be used during each of the 4 phases of your treatment. Each set of aligners will be worn between 20 – 22 hours a day, for the prescribed period of time. At the end of each phase, you will move on to the next set of aligners and a step closer to the ideal end result. With each phase of clear aligner therapy, you will begin to slowly notice your teeth begin to align and adjust to the smile that you desire.
